For larger gatherings or during peak seasons (holidays, summer months), booking 2-3 months ahead is best. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability – please fill out the form and then call us directly for short-notice requests.

Events are not included in the standard membership. However, members receive an annual event credit that can be applied toward booking our event space. This credit helps offset the cost of hosting your special gatherings. Additional services and extended hours are available at preferred member rates.
Our event space includes comfortable seating areas, tables and chairs, a kitchenette for food preparation and service, premium audio-visual equipment, and access to our play areas. We provide high-quality tableware, linens, and basic decorations.
